Let’s cook together!

“Hello. My name is Sam Brown. Welcome to my show “Let’s cook together!”. Today’s recipe is the traditional Hungarian goulash soup.”
These are the ingredients:
1 large onion, 1 teaspoon red paprika, 300 g of meat (beef or pork), one green pepper, one tomato, 3 carrots, 1 parsley root, 8 medium-size potatoes, 100 g of flour, one egg, some salt and pepper, some oil, 1 1/2 litres of water

1. First, I cut the meat into cubes
2. and then I chop the onion into small pieces and lightly fry them in oil in a pot
3. I sprinkle one teaspoon of red paprika onto the frying onion.
4. I add salt and pepper
5. and a green pepper and a tomato, too
6. and I cook them under a lid until the vegetables become almost tender.
7. In the meantime, I slice the carrots, the parsley root and the potatoes into cubes
8. and then I put them into the pot, too.
9. Then I pour 1.5 litres of water into the pot, I cover it and cook until everything becomes tender.
10. In the meantime I make a dough from the flour and the egg with some salt.
11. I roll the dough in the flour and prepare small noodles from the dough and cook directly in the ready soup.
12. I serve it with a slice of bread. Enjoy your meal!
