Alapfok B1 We can see a beautiful sunset on the seaside in the picture. In the foreground of the picture, a young woman and a little girl are standing on a rocky beach. They are picking up garbage from the beach. The little girl is just dropping a plastic bottle into a garbage bag. Behind them, the sea is very nice. The setting sun is reflected in the water and it’s getting dark. We can’t see any other people on the beach. They probably already went home. Littering is a big problem everywhere. People throw away plastic bottles, chocolate wrappers and other kinds of litter wherever they are. It’s very dangerous for the environment and nature. Animals can eat the garbage or get stuck in it and die. Garbage pollutes the sea and the oceans and makes the seaside dirty and ugly. Picking up garbage after others is a very nice thing to do.
