We can’t talk about Jenna Ortega’s movies without first mentioning her iconic Netflix role as Wednesday Addams in the series Wednesday – which broke records in 2022 and meant that Ortega’s fame went supersonic.  The way she got into the leading character and all the nuances, learning fencing, archery, boxing and playing the cello, choreographing her dance, and physically transforming herself for the role made it the smash show it is.  Other smash TV roles have included Ellie Alves in the dark series You and Harley Diaz in the Disney comedy series Stuck in the Middle.
