As many cities around the world experience cold winters, stray animals have no place to go as they try to survive the winter. It’s difficult for them to find food and heat during this time. There have always been kind-hearted people who have made extra efforts to make space for stray animals. In a beautiful example of such kindness, somebody recently shared the story of her parents building a home for a stray cat that wandered into their parents’ yard past summer and stayed. “It’s now winter here in Canada and my dad put a cat home with a heater outside for him. It’s +9C for him inside his home,” she said. Moreover, the couple is also giving the cat hot meals twice a day and warm milk as well.
