Sátoraljaújhely, HUNGARY – If all goes according to plan, visitors will be able to cross the more than 700-meter-long, bidirectional suspension bridge, the longest in its category in the world, as early as May next year. According to the management of the Zemplén Adventure Park, the development, which is part of the Bridge of National Unity, could attract up to a million visitors a year. The construction of the two-way pedestrian suspension bridge, a world record in its category, was started about two years ago, in the last half of 2021, between Szár Hill and Vár Hill, which overlooks Sátoraljaújhely.
