Box office American actor Adam Sandler’s latest movie Spaceman is due out soon. Best known for his comedy roles playing lovable silly characters such as Happy Gilmore and Big Daddy, the new movie brings us a different side to this popular actor with a sci-fi drama.  Starting out in stand-up comedy on Saturday Night Live, now with a long and successful career and a large net worth, Sandler is more than a gifted funny man – a well-loved successful actor, screenwriter, producer and musician, and he has his own production company Happy Madison Productions. Background Adam Richard Sandler was born in Brooklyn New York on September 9th 1966, the youngest of four children to parents Judy, a nursery school teacher and Stanley Sandler, an electrical engineer. The family background is from Russian-Jewish immigrants on both sides. When Sandler was five, his family moved to New Hampshire, and he went to  Manchester Central High School.
